Everyone knows how to make a BLT. Beef Bacon and gluten free bread help me to put a little spin on a classic sandwich.
Cook the beef bacon under the broiler, set to high. Flip bacon after about 7 minutes. Cook an additional 7 minutes. (Tip: Beef bacon tends to look more crisp than it is. It may look like it’s getting burnt. Trust me, it’s not. Just check is periodically.)
While the bacon is cooking, toast your favorite gluten free bread and prepare lettuce and tomato.
Spread some mayo or Miracle Whip on your toast (I like olive oil mayo and Brandon prefers Miracle Whip). Add a couple of slice of tomato, lettuce, and pile on some bacon.
