Immaculate Baking Company Peanut Butter Cookie Review

I have been seeing Immaculate Baking Company products in my local Target for at least 2 years. They caught my eye when I became gluten free because they offer some refrigerated cookie dough products. This week I found a new variety, Peanut Butter Cookie Dough.

The package contains 12 cookie dough balls. The cookie dough was on sale $3 per pack. I like that this is a quick, fresh-baked treat if you are craving something sweet. This dough is not only gluten free, but also dairy free.

It is quite easy to make. I just followed the package directions.

I did feel the need to add dark chocolate to a couple of the cookies. Chocolate and peanut butter…you can’t go wrong there. The cookie dough can be refrigerated for 2 weeks in a zip top bag or storage container. It can also be frozen.

The cookies are soft and have a great peanut butter taste. They also have some chunks of peanuts in them.  One downfall is that these don’t make a larger batch if you wanted to bring them somewhere. It would be a lot more cost-effective to make your own cookies for a larger quantity. However, if you are gluten free or dairy free and are looking for an easy and tasty way to cure a sweet tooth, this may be just the thing for you.

Make sure to let me know if you try these out.
