As if chocolate chip cookies aren’t good enough on their own…you can add ice cream and sprinkles!
This idea was inspired by Sheila, from Beyond the Grain. She recently posted ice cream sandwiches using her Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix on her Facebook Page.
You can do this with your favorite cookie recipe too!
I started by making these Beyond the Grain Cookies using the package directions.
Let the cookies firm up in the freezer for an hour or more.
Soften some vanilla ice cream. Put a scoop or two on a cookie. Press another cookie on top. If you want, roll it in sprinkles. Pop them back in the freezer for a bit before serving.
These are soo yummy! Beyond the Grain makes a really delicious GF cookie mix. I highly recommend you try these!
