Gluten Free Jess Got Married!
You may be wondering where the heck I have been…I know I have barely been writing any posts. This summer has been a whirlwind! Brandon proposed on June 10 and we were married on July 10. Shotgun wedding…I know what you are thinking…and NO I am not pregnant haha. I also spent a few weeks helping out my mom after a surgery and completed my Master’s degree program in June. Needless to say blogging and recipe testing has been on hold.
Back to the wedding…long story short, we dated for 10 and 1/2 years and always had a plan in mind of what we wanted to do. Small. Simple. It was easy to pull together quickly. The day went exactly how we wanted it to and I loved every minute of it. The ceremony was the farm where Brandon’s grandma and grandpa spent most of their lives. They are both passed away now, but the farm is very special to us and it was a lovely place for our wedding. In keeping with our private ceremony, the rest of the details are just for us and our closest friends and family.
Now that I am an old married lady I should have plenty of time in the kitchen…stay tuned for some new recipes!
Until next time,
