New Grains Gluten Free Bakery


Don’t smack me for my Monday enthusiasm…I know Mondays aren’t always that exciting. Trust me, I go through the Sunday Night Blues every week because I just want one more day to my weekend. BUT today I am excited for Monday because I get to share New Grains Gluten Free Bakery with you! AND they want to share some of their delicious baked goodies with you too!! Giveaway information is located near the end of this post!

New Grains Gluten Free Bakery was started by a family that has been impacted significantly by Celiac disease. They are located in Utah but you can order their products online. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to test several of their products and share my thoughts with you!

Gluten Free Multigrain Bread


I have to talk about this bread first. If you don’t read another word or try any other product, I would recommend that this is the one you give a chance! New Grains Mulitgrain Bread is honestly the best gluten free bread I have had. It is SO soft. It actually has a taste and texture like the breads I remember before I had to adopt a gluten free diet. My husband is not gluten free and he loved this bread. I have gotten so used to some of the other gluten free breads that are out there that I had forgotten how soft and delicious bread can be. I think that New Grains has found a lifelong customer because I can’t imagine eating any other gluten free bread again.


Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix


I have tested many gluten free mixes and so admittedly, I had my doubts that this mix would be anything out of the ordinary. However, these were delicious! They were really rich and fudgy. I added toasted, chopped walnuts, white chocolate chips, and a white chocolate drizzle. I brought these to dinner with friends that are not gluten free and they really enjoyed the brownies too! They were actually surprised when I told them they were gluten free.  One of my favorite parts about this mix was that it made a 9×13 pan. Usually, gluten free mixes are only enough for an 8×8 pan and they are crazy expensive. Not only are these yummy, but they are also a good value.


Gluten Free English Muffins


New Grains English muffins were amazing! They had a whole grain taste, were super soft, and toasted up perfectly. They did take a little longer to toast than a typical English muffin, but the results were so good. My husband also enjoyed these. We had them as egg sandwiches with avocado and tomato as well, as just toasted with peanut butter. Yum!


Gluten Free Pink Sugar Cookie


This cookie reminded of those soft, frosted cookies that you can always find in grocery store bakeries. It was slightly dense, soft, and the frosting was buttery and delicious! They are individually packaged and you can order them in a pack or just 1 single cookie.

    All the products look like regular products. It would be nice to finally find gluten free foods such as bread that is soft and looks to be a nice size loaf of bread.

    I live in Utah and I didn’t know about some of those products! I see some of this randomly at stores, but not the cookies and brownies. Thanks. I will have to take the 30 minute drive there to get some bread and treats.
