Hey guys! I can’t believe how fast this week is flying by! It helps that I had Monday off of work. Do you have any big plans for the weekend? Brandon will be off having a man weekend at Eel Pout…total Minnesota thing. If you Google it be prepared…an eel pout is an ugly creature. Just saying…I warned you. I think I will be making a visit to see my grandpa who just moved to a nursing home. It is sad to see him aging but two of my amazing aunts have been taking care of things so I know he is in good hands.
I am SUPER excited to share a product with you that I had the opportunity to try this week! Sweet Note Gluten Free Bagels! One thing about eating a gluten free diet is that there are always foods you miss and most of the gluten free versions just aren’t the same as their gluten filled counterparts. Sweet Note Bakery makes delicious New York style bagels that honestly, taste better than any bagels I remember having before going gluten free.
Sweet Note Bakery makes their bagels New York style, which means they are dense, soft, and chewy on the inside with a crunchy outside…yum!!! Their bagels are free from the top 8 food allergens meaning no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no GMOs, no eggs, no peanuts, no tree nuts, and no shellfish. Sweet Note Bagels come in plain, cinnamon raisin, poppy seed, sesame seed, and everything flavors. They also carry a seasonal flavor. The best part about Sweet Note Bagels is that you can order their bagels online! They ship in a cold packed box to keep the bagels fresh. Order them by clicking here —-> ORDER
When your bagels arrive, keep them in the freezer. Sweet Note has all of the directions on the package and they sent me a handy little card so that the bagels could be prepared correctly…making them the most delicious possible. Sweet Note also has recipe ideas to use their bagels. Of course you can do the old go-to cream cheese schmear, but I tried their French Toast Bagel Bite recipe and OH MY GOODNESS! I may never be able to eat regular french toast again.
Needless to say, after sampling a few flavors I am a Sweet Note Bagel believer…they call them Crazy Bagelers. I hope you give these a try and post a comment if you do so I know what you think!
