Peanut Butter Cup Protein Overnight Oats {Gluten Free}

Hello Friends!! How was your weekend? I had my first of two baby showers. My cousin and best friend hosted a shower for a ton of my friends and family. It was so much fun! There were friends and family from the different parts of my life, all together celebrating our baby girl. The food was delicious. The decorations were beautiful and went with a children’s book theme for the shower. We received so many incredible gifts for our little girl. It is hard to put into words how grateful we are. We spent the rest of the weekend cleaning the house and putting away all sorts of fun baby stuff. The baby room is slowly starting to come together and the fact that she will be here in about 10 weeks is starting to sink in. SO exciting!

One of my favorite ways to use protein is in overnight oats. These Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats use chocolate BiPro and taste like you are treating yourself to dessert! Healthy dessert for breakfast…yes please!

Peanut Butter Cup Protein Overnight Oats
Prep time
Total time
Serves: 2 servings
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 scoop BiPro chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  1. Combine all ingredients in a container.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
  4. Serve.
  5. Optional: Top with more peanut butter and chocolate chips.
