Well friends we made it through Monday! I hope your week is off to a good start. I am just popping in quickly to tell you about one of my favorite snacks. If you know me or are a regular GFS reader, you know that I am a major snacker. I am one of those people that is always hungry and always up for a snack. Pull Apart Focaccia Skillet Pizza {Gluten Free}

Hey guys! I hope you are all doing well. Life here is the same as always, but that is a good thing. Being a mom is my favorite thing ever and I don’t think there has been another time in my life when I have felt so much joy and happiness every day. Our little lady is almost 7 months old already. I do not know how this happens so quickly! She’s sitting up, starting to crawl, eating food, and developing quite the spunky little personality…I have no idea where she gets it. 😉

Chobani Oats Review

If you are a Greek yogurt lover, here is a new product that I think you should try.

Chobani continues to be one of my favorite Greek yogurts. I also love Fage. This new Chobani product caught my eye on the Target Cartwheel App. When I went grocery shopping this week I was able to find all 4 varieties at my local Target.

Chobani Oats comes in 4 flavors:

  • Apple Cinnamon
  • Banana Maple
  • Cranberry
  • Blueberry


When I found out about this product, I immediately assumed the oats would not be gluten free. To my surprise, Chobani has kept us gluten free people in mind! They use gluten free steel cut oats in this yogurt.

I purchased 3 of the flavors. So far, I have just tried the Banana Maple. The yogurt had a good flavor and texture. The oats were soft, but not mushy. At 160 calories, it is close to the same as Chobani without oats. I felt that the Chobani Oats kept me feeling full for longer than a Greek yogurt without oats.


If you like Greek yogurt and oatmeal…this is a snack worth trying.
