Go-To Guac

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • juice of 2 small limes
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • ¼ cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  1. Mash avocado in a mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze in lime juice.
  3. Seed and finely diced a jalapeno and add to the avocado.
  4. Finely dice a shallot and chop cilantro. Add to the bowl.
  5. Season with salt.
  6. Mix well to combine.
