Extra Creamy Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Shake {GF + Hidden Veggies}

Serves: 1 protein shake
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (I use BiPro whey protein)
  • 3 large florets of steamed and cooled cauliflower
  • ⅓ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  1. Steam and cool cauliflower.
  2. Add milk, ice, protein, cauliflower, pumpkin, banana, and cinnamon to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Optional: Top wit granola and pepitas.
To make adding cauliflower easy I buy the steam-in-bag variety in the produce section. I steam and cool the cauliflower and then leave it in a container in the fridge. This way it is ready to be added to shake whenever I need it. Nutrition is approx.
